Below is detailed information about payments and financial operations on our Platform. Please note that all payment data is processed directly on the Stripe side, and we do not collect or store users' credit card data.

Stripe is a certified and regulated payment system that complies with PCI DSS standards. Since all payment data is entered directly on Stripe’s site (or in their payment widget), we do not store or process your card data, which further reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

  • Data protection Payment information is processed by Stripe’s protocols and is not transmitted to us directly.
  • International standards Stripe complies with PCI DSS security standards and holds the necessary licenses to conduct monetary transfers internationally.

2.1 Step-by-step Payment Instructions

  1. Choose the required service Review the services available on the Platform and choose the appropriate one.
  2. Click the "Pay" button After selecting the service, you will be redirected to Stripe’s payment form.
  3. Fill in the payment details on Stripe’s page
    • A secure Stripe page will open where you will enter card data or another payment method.
    • We do not receive and do not process these data.
  4. Confirm the payment
    • Check the accuracy of the entered information and confirm the operation.
    • In some cases, additional verification (3D Secure) may be required.
  5. Receive confirmation After successful payment Stripe will notify us, and you will receive an email confirmation to the specified address.

3. Refund Policy

Digital Services and Mailings

Our services include digital products and/or services, including a mailing service. Immediately after payment, data processing and preparation for mailing begins: contact verification, document formatting, and optimization of sending time. Therefore refunds for such services are not provided, as the preparation process starts immediately and cannot be canceled.

No refunds: all sales of digital services are final, and refunds are not provided for them. After payment we immediately begin processing your data and preparing for mailing, which makes a “refund” or exchange of the service impossible.

3.1 Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

  1. Technical problems If you encounter serious technical issues caused by us, due to which the service cannot be provided (for example, a mailing system outage), contact support within 12 hours of payment. Upon confirmation of the issue on our side, a full refund may be issued.
  2. Duplicate purchase In case of an erroneous duplicate payment for the same service (duplicate order), contact us within 12 hours after the duplicate payment, providing verification of both transactions.
  3. Mailing delivery guarantee We guarantee delivery of the mailing within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri) from the chosen date. If we cannot complete the mailing within the specified time, we will offer:
    • Rescheduling the sending date to the next business day
    • Or a full refund upon your request

3.2 Refund process (in exceptional cases)

  1. Contact support, specifying the order number and the reason for the request (technical issue or duplicate purchase).
  2. Provide payment confirmation (Stripe receipt).
  3. Wait for a decision and refund instructions. Refund timelines may depend on Stripe’s rules and the issuing bank.

3.3 Changes to the policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the refund policy takes effect immediately after posting on the site. By continuing to use our services after changes, you confirm your agreement with the updated terms.

Data Protection

  • Data encryption Any data exchange between you and our Platform is conducted over a secure protocol (HTTPS).
  • No storage of payment data We do not store card data. All processing and storage occur within the Stripe system.
  • Restricted staff access Employees have access only to the information necessary to perform their duties (for example, confirming payment status, but not card details).

  • Stripe possesses all necessary licenses and certificates to accept and process payments in various countries around the world.
  • PCI DSS: Stripe adheres to high security standards for payment cards, excluding transmission of sensitive data to our servers.
  • GDPR: Personal data of users is processed only to the extent necessary to provide services and process payments.

  4. How to change or cancel the service?

    • The mailing starts immediately after payment and provides instant access to digital content and services that cannot be returned in their original form.
