Below is detailed information about payments and financial operations on our Platform. Please note that all payment data are processed directly on Stripe’s side, and we do not collect or store users' credit card data.

2.1 Step-by-step Payment Instructions

  1. Choose the desired service Review the services available on the Platform and select the appropriate one.
  2. Click the "Pay" button After selecting the service, you will be redirected to Stripe’s payment form.
  3. Fill in the payment details on the Stripe page
    • A secure Stripe page will open where you will enter your card data or another payment method.
    • We do not receive or process these data.
  4. Confirm the payment
    • Check the accuracy of the entered information and confirm the operation.
    • In some cases, additional verification (3D-Secure) may be required.
  5. Receive confirmation After successful payment, Stripe will notify us, and you will receive an electronic confirmation at the specified email address.

3. Refund Policy

Digital Services and Mailings

Our services include digital products and/or services, including a mailing service. Immediately after payment, data processing and preparation for mailing begin: contact verification, document formatting, timing optimization. Therefore, refunds for such services are not provided, since the preparation process starts immediately and cannot be canceled.

No refunds: all sales of digital services are final, and refunds are not provided for them. After payment, we immediately begin processing your data and preparing for mailing, making a “refund” or exchange of the service impossible.

3.1 Exceptions to the Refund Policy

  1. Technical issues If you encounter serious technical problems due to our fault, causing the service not to be delivered (for example, a mailing system failure), contact support within 12 hours of payment. If the issue is confirmed on our side, a full refund may be issued.
  2. Duplicate purchase In case of an erroneous duplicate payment for the same service (duplicate order), contact us within 12 hours after the duplicate payment, providing confirmation of both transactions.
  3. Mailing delivery guarantee We guarantee the mailing will be completed within 48 business hours (Mon-Fri) from the chosen date. If we are unable to complete the mailing within the specified time, we will offer:
    • Rescheduling the sending date to the next business day
    • Or a full refund upon your request

3.2 Refund Process (in exceptional cases)

  1. Contact support, providing the order number and the reason for the request (technical issue or duplicate purchase).
  2. Provide payment confirmation (Stripe receipt).
  3. Wait for the decision and instructions on the refund. Refund timelines may depend on Stripe’s rules and the issuing bank of your card.

3.3 Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the refund policy takes effect immediately upon publication on the site. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you indicate your agreement to the updated terms.

  • No payment data storage We do not store bank card data. All processing and storage is done in the Stripe system.
