Below is detailed information about payments and financial transactions on our Platform. Please note that all payment data is processed directly on the Stripe side, and we do not collect or store users' bank card data.

Stripe is a certified and regulated payment system compliant with PCI DSS standards. Since all payment data is entered directly on the Stripe website (or in their payment widget), we do not store or process your card data, which further reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

2.1 Step-by-step Payment Instructions

  1. Select the desired service Review the services available on the Platform and choose the appropriate one.
  2. Click the "Pay" button After selecting the service, you will be redirected to the Stripe payment form.
  3. Fill in payment details on the Stripe page
    • A secure Stripe page will open where you will enter card details or another payment method.
    • We do not receive or process this data.
  4. Confirm the payment
    • Check the accuracy of the entered information and confirm the transaction.
    • In some cases, additional verification (3D-Secure) may be required.
  5. Receive confirmation After successful payment, Stripe will notify us, and you will receive an electronic confirmation at the specified email.

3. Refund Policy

Digital Services and Mailings

Our services include digital products and/or services, including mailing services. Immediately after payment, data processing and preparation for mailing begin: contact verification, document formatting, optimization of sending time. Therefore, refunds for such services are not provided, as the preparation process starts immediately and cannot be canceled.

No refunds: all sales of digital services are final, and refunds are not made. After payment, we immediately begin processing your data and preparing for mailing, making it impossible to "return" or exchange the service.

3.1 Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

  1. Technical issues If you encounter serious technical problems due to our fault, preventing the service from being provided (e.g., mailing system failure), contact support within 12 hours of payment. Upon confirmation of the problem on our side, a full refund may be issued.
  2. Duplicate purchase In case of accidental duplicate payment for the same service (duplicate order), contact us within 12 hours after the duplicate payment, providing confirmation of both transactions.
  3. Mailing fulfillment guarantee We guarantee mailing within 48 business hours (Mon-Fri) from the selected date. If it is impossible to complete the mailing within the specified time, we will offer:
    • Rescheduling the sending date to the next business day
    • Or a full refund upon your request

3.2 Refund Process (in exceptional cases)

  1. Contact support, providing the order number and reason for the request (technical issue or duplicate purchase).
  2. Provide payment confirmation (receipt from Stripe).
  3. Wait for the decision and refund instructions. Refund timing may depend on Stripe’s rules and your card issuer bank.

3.3 Policy Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the refund policy takes effect immediately after publication on the website. By continuing to use our services after changes, you confirm your agreement with the updated terms.

  • Data encryption Any data exchange between you and our Platform is carried out via a secure protocol (HTTPS).
  • No storage of payment data We do not store bank card data. All processing and storage occur within the Stripe system.
  • Limited staff access Employees have access only to information necessary to perform their duties (e.g., payment status confirmation, but not card details).
