How up to date is the crewing base?
We update the base every day and keep adding new companies, including offshore and renewable energy. The date of the last update is shown on the home page next to the number of addresses.
Can I use the service from any country?
Yes. We work with seafarers all over the world, and your location does not matter. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or with crypto.
How effective is the mailing?
Results depend on your rank, experience, age, English level and visas. We send your letters to the directions you choose, and the hiring decision is the company’s. Your account shows statistics for every company: delivery, opens, clicks and replies. They make it easy to see what to improve in your CV or directions before the next mailing.
How do I order a mailing?
Choose directions or a package, attach your CV (or Application Form) and give us the e-mail for replies. Then you can exclude companies, choose a cover letter and pick the send time. Pay by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, a transfer in hryvnias or crypto. Your account with the report opens right after payment.
How do I exclude companies?
At step two of the order, open “Exclude companies”, find the companies by name and tick them. They will not receive your letter. The exclusion list is saved to your e-mail and also applies to your future mailings.
How do I get 5 free cover letters?
At step three of the order, choose one of five options: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok or our own template. The letters are written from your CV in English in 30 to 90 seconds. All five are free, so pick the one you like best.
How long does it take?
Mailings are launched on weekdays from 09:00 to 15:00. The first one goes out at the time you chose after your CV is checked, usually within one business day of payment. Repeat mailings, if your order includes them, go out every 7 days, or after 24 hours with ExtraTime. Creating or editing an Application Form takes up to two business days, and we contact you about a consultation within 24 hours.
What do you guarantee?
We guarantee that the mailing is carried out to the directions you chose, and the report shows it company by company. The hiring decision belongs to the company, so we do not promise employment. What should my CV include?
A good CV answers a crewing manager’s questions in advance: contacts, desired salary, English level, availability date, documents and visas, and experience in rank over the last 5 years. What makes up the price?
Three parts: mailing infrastructure and deliverability, platform support and daily base updates, and the work of our specialists who set up your directions. The price depends on the size of the mailing and the package, not on your future salary.
How many offers will I get?
Ranks in demand get the most replies: master, chief engineer, chief officer, second engineer, ETO, welder, turner, especially with the right age and documents. With one or two contracts in rank and good English, replies come steadily. Entry-level positions get fewer replies, and a US visa often adds noticeably more.

Should I send my CV as a file or a link?
An attached file usually gives better deliverability and more replies, since managers open letters with attachments more readily. A download link gives detailed open and click statistics. In repeat mailings (x2, x4) the system combines both methods on its own.
