We update our database daily. This year, we added many companies from the offshore sector and renewable energy. We use a large number of addresses from various regularly updated sources, ensuring maximum coverage of potential employers.

Yes. We work with seafarers worldwide. Your current location does not matter.

Effectiveness depends on your position, experience, age, English level, and visas. We send emails to the companies you chose, but cannot promise employment or that every recipient will review your email. In your account you will see clear statistics: delivered, opened, clicks, responses. These metrics help objectively assess the effectiveness of the service and, if necessary, adjust your employment strategy.

Choose a package on the service page, upload the seafarer’s CV (CV or Application Form) and pay. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. For Ukraine, transfer to card or account is possible. After payment, a personal account with reports opens.

First fill in the fields in step 1: select a service, provide the email, upload the CV. Click “Next.” Step 2 will open. In Step 2: • Open the "Exclude companies" block. • Find crewing companies by name. • Check them with checkboxes. Click “Continue.” These companies will not receive an email and will be permanently added to the blacklist and tied to the email specified in Step 1.

Letters are prepared in Step 3. In Step 1 choose a service, upload the CV and provide an email. In Step 2, exclude companies if needed. In Step 3 choose one of five options: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok or the branded template. Wait 30 to 90 seconds and select the letter that suits you. All five options are free.

The initial mailing typically takes place within 15 minutes to 24 hours after payment and CV verification. A repeat mailing occurs after 7 days if included in the package. Creating or editing the CV takes up to 2 business days. We will contact you within 24 hours after consultation.

We operate under a defined protocol and show actual statistics in the dashboard. If you have questions about quality, provide the order number, we will review and offer a solution.

Provide contacts, desired salary, English level, readiness date, documents and visas, and five years of position-related experience. For machinery, specify the model and horsepower of the main engine. For decking, specify DWT or GT. Add a current business photo.

Pricing is formed from three parts: infrastructure and deliverability of emails, platform support and database updates, team expertise and targeting setup. Payment depends on workload and level of personalization, not on your desired salary.

The most responses come for in-demand positions: Captain, Chief Engineer, Chief Officer, Second Engineer, ETO, Welder, Machinist, with suitable age and documents. With one or two contracts and good English, responses are stable. At entry-level positions responses are fewer. A US visa often increases the number of responses.

This is a paid add-on service. Price: $10. A lawyer with crewing experience will contact you. They will clarify your situation, review your CV, coordinate mailing details and advise how to increase responses. If needed, they will assist at every step and prepare a simple job-search strategy and your presentation. If you are confident you can set everything up yourself and know the recipients, you may skip the consultation.

We create a separate mailbox for each order and send from it. Replies come to this address and appear in your correspondence. You will receive the link and access to the mailbox together with the mailing report.

ExtraTime is a special setting for those who need to find a job as quickly as possible. It adds 20% to the cost but allows you to choose the frequency of mailings much more often: instead of the standard 7-day wait, you can launch a new mailing every 24 hours. It is an ideal choice for "hot" vacancies or when you need to quickly cover a wide market.
