The offer
Until 30 September 2026 inclusive, the −50% discount applies to every order of a CV mailing or of a service package that includes a mailing, not only to the first one. The promotion marks the release of the Marine Helper app for Android and the testing of new features. The discount is applied automatically when you place the order on the website.
Why we give this discount
We are releasing the Marine Helper app for Android and testing its new features: the seafarer's CV, mailing orders, replies from crewing companies and documents. The more seafarers go through that path in the coming weeks, the faster we find and fix the rough edges, so while the testing runs the discount applies to every order, not only the first one.
You can join the closed testing on the Android app page: everyone who accepts the invitation and completes the testing receives a $20 bonus towards our services.
Who is eligible
- Every Marine Helper client: both those ordering for the first time and those who have ordered a mailing before.
- The discount applies to every mailing or package order placed during the promotion, and the number of orders is not limited.
- CV preparation and consultations ordered on their own are not covered.
- Partner orders are excluded from the promotion: partners have their own discount under the partner programme tier.
How to get the discount
- Make sure the "Activate −50% discount" switch in the site header is on (it is on by default).
- Choose one or more mailing services or a service package and place the order on the website.
- The discount is applied automatically on the payment page: you see the price without the discount, the discount amount and the final total before you confirm the payment.
- If you order through a manager, the manager applies the discount: the payment link already includes it.
Conditions
- The promotion runs until 30 September 2026 inclusive (to the end of that day, UTC). Every order placed before that moment gets the discount.
- The minimum order amount before the discount is $20 (at least $10 payable after the discount). The discount is not applied to a smaller order.
- The discount is not combined with other discounts and special offers, including partner discounts.
- Every mailing passes a mandatory manual check and is launched by our specialists; the discount does not affect the launch time (48 business hours after the agreed date).
- After 30 September 2026 the −50% discount applies again only to the first mailing or package order and only for new clients. We may change or end the promotion earlier; orders already placed are not affected.
- In all other respects the Terms of Service and Payments and refunds apply.

Yes. Until 30 September 2026 the discount applies to every mailing or package order, no matter how many orders you have placed before.
How many times can I use the discount?
As many times as you like while the promotion runs: it applies to every eligible order.
How do I know the discount has been applied?
The payment page shows the price without the discount, the 50% discount and the final total. If you do not see it, check the switch in the site header and the order amount (at least $20).
Does the discount cover CV preparation?
Not when CV preparation or a consultation is ordered on its own. If CV preparation is part of a package with a mailing, the discount applies to the whole package.
What happens after 30 September 2026?
The −50% discount stays, but again only for new clients and only for the first mailing or package order.
When will the mailing be launched?
Within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday) after the agreed launch date, after the manual check of the CV.
