Before the list reaches you, we contact every candidate and confirm the availability date, salary expectations and interest in your position.
Pay for the result
No subscription and no access fee. You pay only when a seafarer from our shortlist has signed a contract with you.
How a request gets closed
Request
Describe the position: rank, vessel type, joining date, contract length, salary. One e-mail or the form below.
Selection
We pick candidates from our own seafarer base by your criteria and contact each of them.
Shortlist
You receive the CVs of those who confirmed availability and dates only, with our notes on each one.
Contract
You interview and sign the seafarer yourself. Payment follows the signed contract.
Send a request
We reply during working hours on the day we receive it and ask for details right away if anything is missing.

We are already reading it. The candidate shortlist or our questions will arrive at the e-mail you gave.

Free for seafarers
A seafarer pays nothing to be shortlisted or placed. To get into the base, it is enough to fill in the application form on the site or transfer the details from an existing form to the site.

Who can send a request?
Licensed crewing agencies and shipowners. Before the first shortlist we verify the licence and the company details — that protects the seafarers and you.
How much does it cost?
The company pays only for a closed request — when a seafarer from our shortlist has signed a contract with you. The fee is agreed per request before the selection starts, based on the rank and urgency.
Where do the seafarers come from?
From our own base: seafarers who checked a CV for free or filled in the application form on Marine Helper and want to receive offers. Not a single contact from third-party databases.
What if there are no suitable candidates?
We tell you straight away, not a week later. The request stays open, and as soon as a suitable seafarer appears in the base, you are the first to receive the CV.
Do you contact seafarers on behalf of the company?
No. We present the position without naming the company until the seafarer confirms interest and you receive the CV. From there, you run the negotiation.
