Employment services or guarantees of obtaining a job

Services for verifying crewing companies

Effectiveness and Results

Employment Statistics

Although we do not guarantee employment, our experience shows the following statistics for incoming offers:

High Effectiveness: For Captains, Chief Engineers, First Mates, 2nd Engineers, ETOs, Welders, Turners within acceptable age - a very large number of offers
Good Effectiveness: For specialists with two contracts in position and acceptable age - a large number of offers
Average Effectiveness: For specialists with one contract in position or with good English (not cadets)
Low Effectiveness: For cadets and specialists with poor English knowledge - the number of offers is limited

Note: According to our statistics, having a U.S. visa on average increases the number of incoming offers by 30%.If you have all the necessary documents and the appropriate age - the effectiveness of mailing can reach 100%.
